Hi, I’m Ayan—founder of Arum.care, UX design leader, and a woman who once ran on empty. For years, I juggled a demanding career while silently battling painful periods and PMDD. When conventional solutions failed, I turned inward—toward the traditional remedies passed down by my grandmother, who was a medicine woman in Somalia.

Through her wisdom, I learned the art of slowing down. I discovered that true healing doesn’t come from doing more—it comes from listening to your body, embracing nature, and honoring rest as a sacred act.

Arum.care was born from that healing. It’s my love letter to women like you—modern, overwhelmed, and craving something real.
