Can I return my order?

Yes, you have the right to return unopened and unused products within 14 days of receiving them, in accordance with French Consumer Law. Please note that products cannot be returned once the tamper-evident seal or sticker on the external packaging has been broken or removed, due to hygiene reasons.

What condition does the product need to be in for a return?

The product must be in its original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.. This includes ensuring the tamper-evident sticker on the external packaging remains unbroken and intact.

Who pays for the return shipping?

You are responsible for the cost of returning the product. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

How do I return my order?

Will I receive a full refund for my returned order?

You will receive a full refund for the price of the returned product(s). Please note that outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
